Israeli police have entered the al Aqsa compound in Jerusalem for the second time in three days.
Clashes are ongoing and the sound of anti-riot weapons can be clearly heard across the city.
The latest incident comes after more than 150 Palestinians were injured when police entered the al Aqsa Mosque itself after dawn prayers on Friday. About 400 were arrested.
The al Aqsa Mosque is the third most holy site in Islam.
Tensions have been high in Jerusalem as Muslims celebrate the holy month of Ramadan and Jews mark the Passover Festival.
